Buying PokéCoins? Check These Details First

Which account details do you need, where do verification requests appear, and what should you do if an order gets stuck?

The account you use to sign in matters more than your Trainer nickname. Before ordering PokéCoins, check that you are giving details for the character you actually play.

This guide covers YUNKA MALL’s current process. It is an independent third-party login-based service, which involves account access. Buying directly from the official game shop follows a different process.

Find the account linked to your Trainer

Open Settings, then Account in Pokémon GO. Check the linked sign-in method before filling out the order form.

Method shown on our order pageWhat to check
GoogleThe Google email linked to this Trainer
FacebookThe email or phone number used for that Facebook account
Pokémon Trainer ClubYour PTC username; follow the form for any further details

A Trainer nickname or friend code cannot replace sign-in details. You can add the in-game character name to help identify the right Trainer. Only use Apple sign-in? Ask support about your existing linked methods before ordering; do not create a new character to get through checkout.

Check what you are buying

On the Pokémon GO PokéCoin top-up page, check the item, quantity and total. A coin pack and an item bundle are different purchases.

For an item bundle, check bag space. If it contains Remote Raid Passes, check the current in-game purchase and carrying conditions too. Those item restrictions do not apply to a coin-only purchase.

Keep the order page open for verification

After paying, open the order under My Orders. That is where progress, staff messages and verification requests appear. Keep your email or verification device available, and follow the method shown in that specific request.

If no email or phone prompt arrives, use the request’s “No prompt received” option. Never send an unexplained verification code to a stranger in a direct message. If you do not want to grant a third party account access, buy directly in-game or through the official Pokémon GO Web Store.

If something goes wrong

For incorrect details or a rejected order, read the staff message and use the correction option if available. Do not pay for the same paid order again.

If an order says complete but the balance looks unchanged, check the Trainer, reopen the game, then contact support with your order number and a balance screenshot if needed.
