1. Accounts and services

Register with an email address that can receive messages and protect your store login credentials. Registration and third-party sign-in require an explicit agreement to the terms and privacy notice; the version, time and registration method are recorded.

The store provides digital codes, top-ups and related after-sales services as described on each product page. You must have lawful access to the account you submit. Check the product, option, region and account details. Minors should purchase with guardian guidance appropriate to their age and ability.

This is an independent third-party store, not an official game or brand store. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Prices, payment and delivery

Base prices, wallet balances and accounting use CNY. Display currency conversions are for reference. If overseas online payment is enabled, the server locks the payment currency and amount in the order. Check them before paying. Coupon validity, minimum spend and usage limits apply.

Payment is confirmed only when the server or staff verifies that funds have actually arrived. Uploading a screenshot or selecting “I have paid” is not confirmation. Do not pay twice for the same order; contact support about discrepancies.

Delivery depends on product information, confirmed payment and the current queue. Estimated times are not a guarantee in every situation. Follow order prompts to correct missing or incorrect details; a paid order does not require another payment. Contact support and request a refund if delivery is delayed, unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

3. Cancellation, refunds and after-sales

Code delivery, a completed top-up or confirmation of receipt does not remove after-sales rights for invalid goods, wrong delivery or non-fulfilment. A change-of-mind return differs from a request about a faulty product or service. Eligibility depends on the product, delivery status and applicable rules; it is not rejected automatically.

Cancel unpaid orders using the order page. For paid orders that have not been fulfilled, request a refund promptly to avoid further delivery. For partial delivery, incorrect account details or credit already received, support checks the circumstances and applicable rules and explains the refundable amount.

For invalid codes, a mismatch with the agreed product, a wrong top-up or missing delivery, submit an issue or refund request from the order page. If the refund button is no longer shown after receipt confirmation, you can still submit an issue or contact support.

A refund is confirmed by an actual refund record. Support should explain its method, amount and expected arrival time. Foreign-currency online payments are handled in the order payment currency. Keep order and communication records. These terms do not remove statutory rights.

4. Account details and responsibility

Submit necessary account details, passwords or verification responses only through the dedicated order form. Do not send them through chat, email or unrelated links. The privacy notice describes use, protection and cleanup.

Publisher rules and account security checks may affect delivery. Review product restrictions before ordering. Responsibility depends on the circumstances, actions of both parties and applicable rules. Publisher rules do not automatically excuse errors or liabilities of this store.

5. Maintenance, complaints and disputes

New purchases may pause during maintenance while existing orders, after-sales and support remain accessible. For account, payment or delivery issues, contact support and provide the order number.

Support should check the facts and explain the result. If discussion does not resolve a dispute, applicable complaint, mediation or dispute-resolution channels remain available. These terms do not limit lawful rights.

6. Versions and updates

The version date is shown on this page. Changes will be published; changes affecting rights or requiring fresh consent must be notified and confirmed separately. Browsing silently is not consent. Updates do not retroactively reduce rights under completed transactions; the order and agreed terms apply.
